Juno Hotel Taksim

Fatih was very considerate of our needs and he provided whatever we asked for, I visited Istanbul to see my elderly wheelchair-bound grandmother, and it was difficult to find a good affordable place quite central in Taksim, initially we made a booking for a suite but Fatih managed to give us two separate rooms so my granmother had the toilet which was for wheelchair and also there was no step, he also helped with wheelchair and put a ramp at the entrance of the building. He also helped me in finding an affordable laundry, market and pizza places... This is a key if you have helpful hotel staff then your journey would be easier. Breakfast was really good and fresh affordable depending on your choice, worth even just paying at the site no need to pay beforehands during your booking.

Location is really great, in the heart of Taksim but in a side street so it was unexpectedly quiet which we really liked. The room was as on the photos, clean and spacious with very comfortable bed. Bathroom was really big and clean.

The room and location was great. Room spacious clean and very comfortable. The price was great. Location perfect for all restaurants and bars in Taksim, main street and great shopping all few minutes walk away, also taxi, tram and buses few minutes away. The night time staff was very helpful, we arrived late and he ordered us some takeaway food and drinks including beers to be delivered to our hotel. The only negative was that there was no breakfast as advertised but this was not an issue with so many fantastic places to eat nearby. Also no balcony for our room which we booked but again the room was great for the price. We would recommend staying here. Thank you

I had a large spacious room at the top floor (8th floor). The bed was large and the mattress was high quality. Excellent hotel for rest and relaxation. I had a wonderful view of city + partial view of the Bosphorus! Very beautiful. The hotel location is superb. Directly located where all the action is just a stones throw from Taksim square - but just far enough from the noise. I think the walls were sound proof becuase I couldn’t hear a peep from outside - absolutely wonderful. Very clean and renovated looking. Nice amenities and the breakfast in The morning was perfect. I stayed here with my lover for 9 days and each day the quality of everything was consistently amazing. 10/10

Everything was amazing in this hotel. We stayed from 25 November till 3 December. I will summarize all the positive points I got to see in this hotel: - 2 Mns walking from Taksim Metro Station, the best location that anyone can wish for. - Staff are really amazing, from the manager, to the receptionists, the kitchen staff, they are all adorable, smiling all day long, ready to support in any matter needed. - Shower is perfect. - We got the chance to try the suite in the Fifth Floor for two (2) nights. The view over there is exceptional! The terrace is all what you need when you get up in the early morning. - Room & Toilet are very clean. - Bed & Pillows are comfortable. - Lighting inside the room is perfect. Few hotel especially in Taksim have this kind of lighting that enters the room. Overall, I will for sure stay again and again in Juno, and will recommend it for my friends & family.
